what is wrong with me?

After doing some research, I have come to the conclusion that we are all a little of this and a little of that.....a little autistic....a little ADD, ADHD, a little bit of everything....

Diet, exercise, supplements, organization, scheduling and cleanliness can all help and things can definitely improve.
We can improve our concentration, our focus, our thoughts, our actions, our MOOD!!!!  We can organize things in a way that we are able to accomplish more, feel good and encourage others.
A diet with no sugar (use honey instead) no gluten(found in wheat), no casein (found in dairy), no whey(found in many packaged products) and add B6, magnesium, vitamin C, Zinc, selenium, trace minerals, probiotics, essential fatty acids (fish oil), digestive enzymes.
I love this finding and I really hope to try it out for a least some 3 months to see what improvements I see in myself and my family and report back!
